At MIND (Muslims in National Development), we believe in the power of unity, innovation, and dedicated effort to create a world where Muslims can truly thrive. Our journey began with a simple yet profound vision: to see a global Muslim community that excels in every sphere of life, from education and enterprise to leadership and social development.

Why MIND?

Our Focus Areas

Celebration & Recognition

MIND celebrates Achievements, Milestones and Appointments in the Muslim Ummah through recognition, awards and events that highlight their accomplishments. We believe that celebrating success inspires others to strive for excellence and fosters a culture of achievement within the Ummah.

Collaboration

Expanding impact through strategic alignment, partnerships and community voice - bringing institutions, advocates and stakeholders together around a shared agenda.

Capacity Building

MIND builds capacity through MINDCAP and the High Impact Resource Exposure(H.I.R.E.) Project, empowering individuals with personal development, leadership and enterprise skills. Through mentorship, interactive learning, internships, placements and alumni engagement, we equip people to excel, lead and create lasting impact.

Make a Difference

Join a community of changemakers building a stronger Ummah. Whether through volunteering your time, partnering on events, or supporting our work, there are many ways to make a lasting difference. Together we can create the future we envision.
